Description of problem:
As summary.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
https://maitai-bpms.app.qa.eng.nay.redhat.com based on BPMS6.0.0

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Admin go to maitai-bpms site.
2. Clicking Authoring->Project Authoring->New Items->Enumeration.
3. Add enum more than 12.

Actual Result:
After add the 12th enum, 'Add Enum' button is not enabled as attachment.

Expected Result:
User can add more enum or there is prompt message about only 12 enums can be added in a project.

I've attached a screenshot of the Enumeration Editor that shows a scrollbar when the length of the list of enumeration definitions exceeds the height of the containing panel.

Verified on 6.0.1
User can add more than 100 enums on 6.0.1.
