Description of problem:
As summary

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
https://maitai-bpms.app.qa.eng.nay.redhat.com based on BPMS6.0.0

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to maitai-bpms site.
2. Clicking Authoring->Artifact Repository, check the refresh link.
3. Clicking Deployment, check the refresh link.

Actual Result:
The Refresh link in the artifact repository list locate on the page left area.
The Refresh link in the deployment list locate on the page right area.

Expected Result:
The operation link should locate the same position to let user find it easily.

Now refresh buttons has being changed to be closer to the data grids. A revision is required for the authoring perspective screens

In 6.1.0.ER4 the refresh buttons are still on the oposite site. Futhermore 'Authoring->Artifact Repository' has a html link and 'Deployment' has a button.
