Description of problem:
Issue caused while starting installation/configuration of nova

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Was following steps mentioned at (http://docs.openstack.org/havana/install-guide/install/yum/content/nova-controller.html). Got error at step 4.

This much was installed till this step:

It looks like you are using the Havana documentation with the Icehouse preview packages. Have you tried/reproduced using the Icehouse documentation:
