Description of problem:
rhevm should pop-up something like "you won't be able to delete the snapshot without expanding the LUN" before creating a snapshot when  the amount of free space on the storage domain is less than the size of the drive you are going to snapshot.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a storage domain of 100GB.
2. Create a VM of disk size as 80GB and make it as pre-allocated.
3. Write some data in to the VM and then take a snapshot and then again write some data in to the VM. 
4. Now try to delete the snapshot, it will fail with "Cannot remove Snapshot. Low disk space on target Storage Domain" message in the event logs.

Actual results:
No message available regarding the amount of free space on the storage domain while taking the snapshot of the VM.

Expected results:
rhevm should pop-up something like "you won't be able to delete the snapshot without expanding the LUN" before creating a snapshot when  the amount of free space on the storage domain is less than the size of the drive you are going to snapshot.

This is essentially the same issue as bug 1117231 - closing, for the same reason.
