Description of problem:
The cause for the failures in this bug originate from errors in http://git.app.eng.bos.redhat.com/git/rcm/rcm-metadata.git/tree/cdn/product-certs.json which is used as input for the generation of subscription-manager-migration-data.

There are two types of problems for the rhel7 ComputeNode mappings
 A. the Scientific Computing product cert 76 is version 6.5 when it should be 7.0
 B. there are at least two channel mappings missing
