valid id, build id, and build time.  version number *may* need to be 3.2.1 ??

The placeholder 'Change Me' text has been removed with commit : 950f49e8 to jon.git. Moving to MODIFIED.

Moving to ON_QA as available for test in newest cumulative patch build from here:

I moved the earlier build to 3-18-2014.
