Description of problem:
Blank template is available is template on create pool menu. This should be disabled as there is no way to create template from

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add pool 
2. Set up million of things in setting of pool (not really required :)
3. Forget to change template from Blank
4. 'OK' -> VM-Pool must be based on non-blank Template.

Actual results:
I am rage quitting from webadmin portal every time I finish creating pool and forgot to change template. And all the setting are gone and I have to add them again.

Expected results:
No more blank template in Add Pool dialog.

Additional info:
I am really sure I am not the only one who thinks this is just evil for users.
