Description of problem: We have mod_snmp.conf included in conf.d for EWS 2.0.1 RHEL builds (mod_snmp is configured by default) but we do not have the same for MS Windows and Oracle Solaris builds. There is not mod_snmp configured by default in MS Windows and Oracle Solaris builds. Do we have any reason why we have it in RHEL build and no to have the same for MS Windows and Solaris builds ? Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Actual results: Expected results: Additional info:
There are also missing these configurations in MS Win and Solaris by default (when i comparing to RHEL builds): mod_cluster.conf mod_rt.conf mod_snmp.conf
Please take a look on this Mladen during preparing EWS 2.1.0 ER1 build.
This bug is for decision what should be a default in EWS product. mod_snmp, mod_rt and mod_cluster configured and started by default or not.
For me there are mising Mladen could you please add them.
Decision came a bit late to be resolved with ER3. It'll be part of ER4.
Mladen, please rename conf.d/mod_cluster-native.conf.in to conf.d/mod_cluster.conf.in for Windows and Solaris. We have conf.d/mod_cluster.conf for RHELs and we should name it the same in Windows and Solaris builds.
verified with CR2 on MS Windows
note: mod_snmp and mod_rt configuration files are delivered as sample configuration files and not started by default. Its ok because of known issues.
