Can not choose more results in Monitor -> Content Dashboard -> Latest Notification

1. In webUI: Monitor -> Content Dashboard -> Latest Notification
2. Click to the "gear" icon, choose "15 results"


Actual results:
Nothing happens

More than 5 results should be found

Proposed fix in Katello PR: 
  https://github.com/Katello/katello/pull/4432

I was not able to reproduce the issue with the development environment; however, it is definitely visible in production using rails 3.2.8.  The fix in the above PR ensures that the gear selector for "N results" works in both environments.

Note: this issue is not specific to the notifications. It applies to any of the dashboard widgets that use the gear selector (e.g. Sync Overview,  Content Views Overview, Host Collections, Errata Overview & Latest Notifications)
