From Bugzilla Helper:

Description of problem:
When booting Fedora test3 with the grafical function (german installation), i
think this is init 5 with the grafical boot, then after the starting of the
keytable the "[ OK ]" message is looking like "Ã OK Ã". This is in the
german installation perhaps in other languages it is too. à and à a german
letters. You can see it if you click by booting on "Show Details" (this is in
english too).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Fedora in German with a grafical Desktop
2. Boot with init 5 what is normal i think
3. click in the grafical boot in "Show Details" and wait for starting the
keytable then you see this bug

This is fixed in newer kbd by removing the keytable initscript.
