Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login User Portal.
2. Click Extended tab.
3. Click Resources tab.

Actual results:
[ja_JP][User Portal] String 'Free' broken line in Resources tab.

Expected results:
It should be displayed in the same line with others.

this is by design - we cannot extend the width of the panel in a way that will accommodate the full legend in a single line for all locales, therefore some of the legend items are broken, by design, to a second line. 

we made sure that each item within the legend will be displayed in a single line, and not be broken to two lines.
