Description of problem:
While running CP1 patch, if we do not pass any arguments, Error message as follows,

[jenkins@rhel6-vm jon-server-3.2.0.GA-update-01]$ ./apply-updates.sh 

1)Testing for INSTALL_PATCH_HOME[JON Server|JON agent] directory.
[DEBUG] Variable INSTALL_PATCH_HOME has value [].
The patch location was not specified!
Unable to apply update. Exiting...
-------------------------snap--------------------------

Here customer might get confused, as error message saying "Variable INSTALL_PATCH_HOME has value []." no values. Hence customer try to set "INSTALL_PATCH_HOME" as environment variable.

We might print help message while error, saying like

It can be invoked as follows,
./apply-updates.sh <JON Server (or) Agent install directory path>

JON 3.2.1 CP1

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run "./apply-updates.sh" without passing any path of JON server or agent

This has been verified and released in Red Hat JBoss Operations Network 3.2 Update 02 (3.2.2) available from the Red Hat Customer Portal[1].
