Hi Petr, just a ping on this one.  It should be right to go.  It's part of my plan to get perl-Redis into Fedora/EPEL.

You may drop the following BRs; you don't enable RELEASE_TESTING:
perl(Test::CPAN::Meta)
perl(Test::Pod::Coverage)

I only see Time::Out in META/Makefile.PL; it's not actually used anywhere.  You may drop that too.

Don't package dist.ini in %doc.

That's about it.  Good enough for submission.
