Description of problem:
Unable to assign quotas to external Active Directory groups

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.4.0-0.13.rc.el6

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to the DC/Quota Tab
2.Select the desired quota
3.Select the consumers tab
4. Search for the external group in the dialog box
5.Select the group once found

Actual results:
Event message:
User admin failed to grant permission for Role QuotaConsumer on Quota MobilePolicy to User/Group Non interactive user

Expected results:
Quota assigned to group

Additional info:
This used to work in version 3.3
