Legal Notice section in Install & Config Guide has information that no other OSP doc has

Description of problem: The Install and Config guide for OpenStack is the only one that has some sort of addendum to the Legal Notice, which is inset with an arrow marker, and says: "Copyright © 2013 OpenStack Foundation Licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0 (the "License"); you may not use this file except in compliance with the License. You may obtain a copy of the License at http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0 Unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, software distributed under the License is distributed on an "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or implied. See the License for the specific language governing permissions and limitations under the License. Except where otherwise noted, this document is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 3.0 License http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/legalcode If this is important enough to state on the Install and Config guide, should it also be on the other OSP4 docs? Why is there this at the very top when it's repeated later when talking about partial content? "Copyright © 2010-2013 OpenStack Foundation." ...configuration originally based...-> ...configuration is based originally... SkySQL doesn't need to be there, it's not in the guide. MongoDB was taken out of the legal notice, but it's mentioned in the ICG.

Added back in. Dunno why it was removed... maybe for RHOS4?
