Description of problem: Placeholder for "clang" compilation fixes basically related to C99 adherence and also some restructuring - argp-standalone to contrib/ (make sure argp-standalone compiles on C99) - make other necessary blatant "error" fixes reported in C99 Possibly look at making "warning" fixes too.
