Description of problem:

error: Failed build dependencies:
	python3-devel is needed by libcomps-0.1.6-8.el7

Additional info:
Actually this package is almost correct, except it limits availability of python3 by RHEL 6. We actually don’t have python3 fully supported (outside of Collections) in RHEL 7 as well.
