A Role has a description and has actions. 

The Role's description is a sentence that explains the general purpose of this Role. The DataCenterAdmin Role description is fully displayed in the Roles section within the configure dialog: attachment 896014 [details]

The Role's actions are the actions that the user will be able to do if he will be assigned to this Role. These appear when expanding the actions tree in the Edit Role dialog, and, to my understanding, they appear also in the relevant part of the documentation, now that Bug 1081744 is resolved. 

The request here, IIUC, is to do the following within the Roles section in the Configure dialog:

(1) change the Role's description so that it will include more detailed information on the Role's actions. 

-or-

(2) display the Role's actions for each Role in the Roles grid; it can be next to each Role's description in another column, it can be in a sub-tab (we already have a "permissions" 'sub-tab' in the Roles view - it simply doesn't have a title), etc. 

in any case, the idea is to display enough information about the Role's actions *in the Roles main view*, so the user won't have to go into the 'Edit Role' dialog just in order to view the Role's current actions.

the Roles grid within the dialog is scrollable. 
the Configure dialog doesn't necessarily have to be resizable - let's decide what is the new information that we want to display [(1)/(2)/?] and how do we want it to be displayed, and then decide if making the dialog resizable is necessary in order to do that. 

@Marina/Arthur - please chime in on your preference [(1)/(2)] or suggest an alternative solution. 
adding also the UserExperience Keyword since UXD advice may be needed here.

Indeed, in 3.4 it appears to be fixed.
Please see attached screen shot from my 3.3 setup.

My only request here was to make this dialogue resizable.
I think it is a valuable request.
Unless you commit to make it dynamic size to be able to show all the fields. But then some customers would have small monitors etc etc. Why not to make it resizable?

I didn't put much thought in all the other questions. I am ok with how it is working now (not the roles implementation, but the UI presentation of them:). Since it was not part of my complain, I will leave that part to Arthur.

I was not very specific in my previous comment.
It is not fixed, but it present the full text for Storage Admin Role in 3.4, as compared to 3.3.

I don't think that we should look at this dialog separately from all of the other dialogs. yes, this dialog should be resizable eventually, at some point, but it is not urgent for now, so no need to track it in particular.

Okay.
So closing this bug, as it will be part of a generic treatment to make all dialogs resizable.
