Suyog, this bug looks like it involves documenting the function of the list_limit option in /etc/keystone/keystone.conf as outlined in the following patch -

This option appears several times throughout the file for different topics such as policy, assignments, etc. and a simple procedure in the Administration Guide outlining why this is useful and how to change the value should be sufficient.

Hi Suyog, the text uses the term 'collection', but this term isn't earlier defined. If you don't know what it is, why would you limit it? Might look at the dev bug's doc text to put it in user terms.
