simple one-off patch

Description of problem:
No patch information are shown if only one-off patches are installed in Patch Management in web console

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): EAP 6.3.0.DR5


How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. apply one-off patch
2. check via web console (http://localhost:9990/console/App.html#patching) that it is in patch history, but there are not shown patch information as are for cumulative patches


Actual results: No patch information is shown


Expected results: patch information is shown


Additional info:
At least I don't see any reason why the information shouldn't be shown
