Description of problem:
UIDs across cluster not verified on mgmt-node when it's outside the storage pool. If the management node (--mgmt-node=) option is a node NOT contained in the local hosts file then this mgmt node is excluded in the UID consistency check.

Daniel, you are correct. Including the mgmt-node in the test for consistent UIDs/GID is preparation for when the installer supports a separate yarn-master node. The GA requirements are that the management node and yarn master node are both outside of the storage pool.
