Hi, thanks for keeping the rhel macros in the specfile!

There are two small fixes to build the master branch on el6.  Patch forthcoming.

el6 build fixes (#1082384)

-   el6 autoconf too old to regen; use packaged files
-   fix compile error when __global_ldflags macro undefined
