Target release should be placed once a package build is known to fix a issue. Since this bug is not modified, the target version has been reset. Please use target milestone to plan a fix for a oVirt release.
Genadi, I do not understand what you meant here. Are you looking for an "import all network" checkbox, to select all available external networks?
Actually, this bug requested to automatically choose a provider when only a single one is defined. As tested by mburman, this is the behaviour of ovirt-3.6.
Michael reports that what I've written in comment 4 is correct only when we import from a preselected provider. When we import a network via the DC, we are still expected to select the provider. That behaviour is the intentional one. Otherwise, if the first provider is not responsive, the user would be greeted by an inexplicable rotating sprite.
