Description of problem:
ovirt 3.5 needs to have RHEL 7 Guest support.  This includes a UI dropdown option in guest selection, having a guest agent RHEL 7, and any other addition required when adding a new Guest OS for support.

Expected results:
RHEL 7 Guest Support and ovirt-guest-agent properly reporting to ovirt engine

- ovirt guest agent for RHEL 7
- RHEL 7 guest dropdown via osinfo
