I have uploaded a .properties file to Zanata, but I'm only able to download it from the GUI in .po format. (see screenshot)

Example: https://translate.engineering.redhat.com/iteration/view/customer-portal/004_messages?cid=41767

If a project is specified to be UTF8 properties, then I should be able to download it as UTF8 properties.
