Description of problem:

When upgrading to satellite 5.6 from 5.5, install is supposed to be creating a backup in /etc/sysconfig/rhn/backup-$DATE-$TIME (https://access.redhat.com/site/solutions/506363), but the backup 'rhn.conf' and the active 'rhn.conf' have the parameters for ISS and proxy info removed from them.
