Description Václav Chalupa 2014-04-03 06:31:24 UTC
Settings option for this may be added to the designer.

Comment 1 Kris Verlaenen 2014-11-28 01:46:16 UTC
What the reason why this is necessary?

Comment 2 Václav Chalupa 2014-11-28 07:34:00 UTC
It is a good code style to always put new line at end of file. Many editors do it automatically (vi, vim, gedit, nano, ...), so when someone open/edit bpmn file with these editors, a new line is added and a git history is then changed.

Many teams can have code-conventions to have a new line at end of each file, and it is broken by the BPMN designer (an exception must be made for those files).

By adding new line as other editors do (or add an setting option), all this possible issues are gone.

You can find other reasons too.

This is fixed in bpms-6.2.0.Final

Comment 5 Jozef Marko 2016-02-10 10:28:07 UTC
Last line terminated with new line character.
