Description of problem:
as subject.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
v3.8.7-1 on devel server

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter a run detail page.
2.Choose the case, Click 'comment-add' link to add a comment.
3.Check this comment's content in Comments History form.

Actual results:
The comment log show comment id, date, content.

Expected results:
The comment log show comment id, author, date, content.
