Description of problem: In current SCL meta-packages I have to include the following line: echo '%%scl_vendor %{scl_vendor}' >> %{buildroot}%{_root_sysconfdir}/rpm/macros.%{scl}-config so that scl_vendor (and hence _scl_prefix) is defined. Since it's boilerplate, the %scl_install macro could output this to the macros.%{scl}.config file instead.
