Description of problem:
Event gets duplicated if user clicks on detailed view on datacenter level - UI only

The duplication is done every time internal webadmin refresh triggers up until user switches from datacenter tab to another one

How reproducible:
100 %

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to datacenter tab
2. Select a datacenter
3. In Events subtab select an event
4. Click on the detailed view of event

Actual results:
Event is beign duplicated in the view with every refresh that webadmin triggers

Expected results:
Should not get duplicated

duplicate of bug 1073669. 
already fixed for RHEV 3.4 and RHEV 3.3.2 (bug 1077396)
