Description of problem:

setupNetwork action fails when you try to break bond with network attached to it using network labels.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create network with label xxx
2. Create bond and attach to it label xxx - (as a result network is attached to bond)
3. Try to break bond

Actual results:You get an error message: "Cannot setup Networks. The following networks cannot be removed from the network interface since they are managed by the label: <net-name>. Please remove the label from the network interface in order to remove the network."


Expected results:
Bond should disappear and no label should appear on any slave interface
