This bug prevents from building perl-Catalyst and its ecosystem.
This is a side-effect of perl(Plack::Test) having been split out from the main perl-Plack package as a side-effect of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1052859 Adding BR: perl(Plack::Test) should be sufficent to fix this issue.
