[RFE] Warning when attempting to modify a required logical network.

   - Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
When modifying a required logical network, the cluster can go down while the hosts are shown to be in Connecting state

   - How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional
requirements here)
Warning message when trying to edit a logical network that's tagged as Required for a cluster
