Horizon log

Description of problem:

No error or timeout when failing to booting an instance from a snapshot of volume on Horizon. Booting instance from snap of volume also fails from cli (bz 1085811) but at lest we get an error notice. This is missing on Horizon instance status stuck on "spawning".

How reproducible:
Every time 

Steps to Reproduce:
All of the below done on Horizon
1. upload image
2. create volume from image
3. snap of above volume
4. Lunch instance from snapshot
5. Instance stuck in spawning state

Actual results:

Booted instance stuck in spawning state

Expected results:

Instance should bootup to running state

Additional info:
Added Horizon/compute/glance/cinder logs.

RFE: notify the user, when spawning of an instance fails?
