Description of problem:
In the current plan, the snap create syntax mandates the admin provides a name for the snapshot. Whilst having the ability to supply a name is great, it should not be mandated and should have a name created by default if one is not supplied.

For example

<volume_name>_YYYYddMM_hhMM

Adopting this approach will mean snapshots by default get sensible names that allow admins and users to see the recovery point of the snapshot - which would benefit user based self service restore of files form snapshots.
