Description of problem:
The Disk tooltip in the Virtual Machines - Disk tab does not close when moving to another entity in the GUI

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhevm-3.4.0-0.12.beta2.el6ev.noarch
rhevm-webadmin-portal-3.4.0-0.12.beta2.el6ev.noarch

How reproducible:
regularly

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Browse the Rhevm Administration Manager and select the Virtual Machine Tab
2.Left click one of the disks in the list leaving the cursor over the disk - the tool tip is displayed
3. Move to the cursor to another disk in the list >>> the tool tip is still displayed. Moving to another tab and then nmoving back to the disks tab does not remedie the problem

Actual results:
The tool tip is permanently displayed

Expected results:
The tool tip should close up as soon as the cursor position is moved away from the disk
