Description of problem: Parallel-Prefork-0.15 is available. This is a bug fix release which should be applied to all active versions of Fedora. Unfortunately Parallel-Prefork-0.15 introduces new deps which currently are not available in Fedora. Additional info: This BZ is meant to be a tracking bug to remind myself when Fedora provides the necessary deps.
