tcl bundles libtommath

tcl uses a bundled copy of libtommath.
$ repoquery --repoid=rawhide-debuginfo -l tcl-debuginfo | grep libtommath
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.

It doesn't seem to be trivial to unbundle it. I have already wrote 50kB+ patch and it's still not enough to get it working with the system libtommath. Waiting for upstream.
Thanks for your unbundling efforts. While unbundling is the better solution, nowadays the Fedora policy is more liberal towards bundling, see the first link in the initial comment. A "Provides: bundled(libtommath) = $tommathversion" would bring this package into compliance while waiting until/if unbundling becomes a possibility.
