Description of problem:
Check https://int.openshift.redhat.com/app/status and got open issue "Test issue 1". The status page should show "No open issue" after each deployment. Detail can be found in attachment.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
INT(devenv_4681)

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check status page on INT https://int.openshift.redhat.com/app/status

Actual results:
The status page shows "Test issue 1" on INT.

Expected results:
The status page should show "No open issue".

The config changes have not yet made it into INT, so rhc-outage push is still failing. I've added the changes to the INT branch for release 2.0.43, which will make it into INT later today. I closed the issue and manually synced up the two brokers' status db's, so the app/status page now shows "No open issue".

Changes are in INT, and appears to be working.
