Description of problem: volume utilization when it reaches 100 percent, y-axis scale gets increased to 120. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. create a volume and start monitoring it using nagios web ui. 2. Mount the volume and fill data inside it so that volume is consumed completely. 3. Now click on the graph next to volume utilization. Actual results: Volume utilization scale on y-axis changes to 120. Expected results: Max scale value for the y-axis should be 100 and it should not be varying. Additional info:

Verified and works fine with the build "nagios-server-addons-0.1.0-75.git2efd1bf.el6rhs.x86_64" and "gluster-nagios-addons-0.1.0-66.gitaa44342.el6rhs.x86_64". Now the y-axis scale remains at 100 even when the volume is utilized completely. With this fix, the maximum scale for y-axis is at 100.
