  Upgrade Iron Jacamar to resolve customer facing issue JBJCA-1110 (not explicitly committed in 1.0.25.Final, however functionality to resolve exists in 1.0.25.Final).

Following: https://mojo.redhat.com/docs/DOC-937716,

JBJCA-1110 does not have a related BZ,  as other code changes in the 1.0 branch address the issue.  I did include the associated BZ for the AS side of the solution.
