Description of problem:

On RHEL 6.5 with the following version of the package, sending SIGUSR1 will cause error data (attached) to be printed out to stderr. The Guru Meditation report gets sent to a file as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run any service by hand so that stderr is on the console
2. Send it a SIGUSR1
3.

Actual results:

There is junk printed on the screen

Expected results:

Nothing is printed on the screen

The Nova rpm used was openstack-nova-2013.2.3-5.el6ost
