Title: Run the JBoss EAP Installation Program

Describe the issue:
Between “Installation Path” and “Administrative User Creation” screens there is another screen with selection of packs to install.

Suggestions for improvement:
Add the missing screen to the table with appropriate comment.

Additional information:
This screen is missing from Appendix B: Installer Screenshots too.

It is the screen B.8. Pack Installation, please put it to correct place.

I think this bug may be outdated. I see this in the table:

Section B.4, “Select the Packs to Install”  Always  Select the packs to install. Required packs are disabled for deselection.

Closing this one as it was fixed before GA.
