Description of problem:
The latest version of installer requires password vault configuration. The details can be found in the bug 1085867. In order to achieve that a new page with simple configuration of vault keystore has been added to the default steps. However, this page can be easily skipped.

6.0.2 ER1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Proceed to the page with title 'Configure runtime environment'.
2. Select 'Perform advanced configuration' but do not check any other options.
3. Proceed to the next step where the page with title 'Configure password vault' should be.

Actual results:
There is a page with installation summary and you will get 'Vault creation failed!' message if you continue in the installation process.

The page with password vault configuration should be shown here.
