Wes,

This sounds like the mysql -> mariadb transition. This is fixed[1] by now for Packstack versions openstack-packstack-2013.2.1-0.36.dev1013.fc20 and beyond. I don't see the above build back-ported to F19 openstack-packstack.

I'm transitioning this bug to POST since the fix is in F20 packages

Forgot to note, Wes, if you can confirm if this is fixed in your current CI F19 tests, we can close this bug.
