Nova on RHEL6 needs to require a minimum libvirt version of >= 0.10.2-29.el6_5.2 which contains the fix for bug 1038815.

This is needed for Cinder GlusterFS snapshots for attached volumes to function.

Currently Nova depends on libvirt >= 0.10.2-23.

Fairly simple fix:

-Requires:         libvirt >= 0.10.2-23
+Requires:         libvirt >= 0.10.2-29.el6_5.2
