Description of problem:
updated f20 yesterday 041914
during boot systemd sysctl displays Failed to start apply kernel variables message.
# uname -r
3.13.9-200.fc20.x86_64
which is correct
I don't use grub for boot and I am not aware of any problems this might cause for me but it might effect others
