Description of problem:

vdsm sources are not provided in form of tarball (at least on http://resources.ovirt.org/releases/3.4/src/) - only as SRPMs.
It would be nce to have them in universal form, so there is no need to install rpm2tgz on non-rpm distros - sucha as gentoo.

Re-targeting to 3.4.1: we need to release tarballs for 3.4.1.

We can't release without sources as per http://www.ovirt.org/OVirt_3.4_release-management#General

Sources provided while releasing 3.4.1 GA which has just been released.
