broken download url => this one worked for me: http://www.apache.org/dist/sqoop/1.99.3/sqoop-1.99.3.tar.gz

Source0: http://www.apache.org/dist/%{name}/%{version}/%{name}-%{version}.tar.gz

Summary fields in the subpackages are not capitalized, except that, it complies with Fedora Packaging guidelines and seems working.

Comment 4 Haïkel Guémar 2014-04-22 18:31:37 UTC
I missed few things in my previous informal review
* an unowned directory: /usr/share/sqoop (/usr/share/java/sqoop is a false positive)
* some configuration files not marked as such:
/etc/sysconfig/tomcat@sqoop
/etc/sqoop-shell/log4j.properties
/etc/sqoop-shell/shell-resource.properties

I'm not familiar with war packaging but these kind of files are marked %config(noreplace) in Tomcat packages

Still install and work as expected.
