Satellite is referred in Splice documentation instead of SAM

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to https://access.redhat.com/site/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Subscription_Management/1/html/Reporting/sam-splice.html
2. Go to Step 15 -> Steps 3 through 4

Actual results:
Here steps mentioned to create manifest is referring to Satellite 6 Tab in Customer portal

Expected results:
The steps mentioned to create manifest is referring to Satellite 6 Tab in Customer portal.  It should be referring to SAM

Additional info:
Steps 3 through 4 has multiple referrences to Satellite 6 - they should be referring to SAM instead.

@Deon: I think the issue here is that the document says to register a satellite server vs. a SAM server in portal.
